Springfield Memorial Day Service

Memorial Day service hosted by Springfield American Legion Post 143 and Veterans of Foreign wars Post 9558 will be held at the Springfield Cemetery on Monday, 27 May 2019 beginning at noon with a fly over by the Nebraska Air National Guard KC-135. All are welcome to attend.

Springfield Cemetery is asking for donations to pave the cemetery streets. Every other year it costs $9000 to resurface the asphalt. To raise $100,000 to install pavement a Go Fund Me page is set up. Please help: https://www.gofundme.com/springfield-cemetary-association

The Sarpy/Cass Health Department offers free transportation assistance to women with a mammogram appointment. The service includes home pick up, hospital/clinic drop off, and return home drop off.
