Springfield Residents is February 20.

lofte_theatre.jpg

Each year the Lofte Community Theatre in Manley honors its volunteers and patrons with a meeting and a special reunion.  This year, the Lofte will be holding its annual meeting on Saturday, February 28th at 6 pm.   Anyone who has volunteered, donated or has a special interest in the future of the theater is encouraged to attend.

While the purpose of the gathering is primarily to announce financials, report on ticket sales and elect board members, the evening usually takes on the form of an extended family reunion.  Friends who haven't seen each other since the summer months are eager to catch-up with one another and reminisce about past play productions.

Artistic Director Kevin Colbert will announce schedule changes for the upcoming 2009 season, as well as share his play selections for 2010.  Special awards will be presented to outstanding volunteers for 2008.

RSVP for this event by calling the Lofte box office at (402) 234-2553 or sending an email to ticket manager Jean Colbert at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
