BECOME A DONOR

William Creekmore, a 12 year old from Plattsmouth and a participant on the Jewels of Hope Relay Team, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in March 2011. He is in need of a bone marrow transplant within the next 5-6 weeks. Unfortunately they have been unable to find a match. If you or someone you know would be interested in being tested to see if you are a match or to get more information, please go to www.GetSwabbed.org/register. A free test kit will be sent to you.

From the Jewels of Hope Team page:

William is a 6th grader at Plattsmouth Middle School. He enjoys video games and spending time with his friends. He also loves his animals; he has two dogs and a cat. William has a very giving heart and formed his own fund raiser for Children's Hospital to help support the children who are hospitalized with cancer by making and selling jewelry.
